What makes Grit and Grace different than your local gym? Training at Grit and Grace is completely private.
No waiting for equipment. No interruptions. No distractions. This is YOUR time.
Personal Training
An hour of time is allotted for each client, but the structured work of Grit & Grace sessions is 45 minutes. This provides extra time for proper warm up, cool down, and questions so that our time should never feel rushed. Nutrition coaching, plans for at home workouts, and mindset coaching, are all included at no extra cost.

8 Sessions: The Introduction

All new personal training clients must start with The Introduction. These 8 sessions are to be used in one month. After the introduction time period concludes, we will evaluate whether we are a good fit for one another. If we each choose to move forward, we will dive into the next phase of your journey, together.
After our 8 session introduction, you may purchase sessions to be scheduled as you wish OR commit to a monthly plan. Of note, preferential scheduling will be offered to those taking on the yearly commitments, a benefit for you- and me.
